How do I change the mirror (not the whole unit) on a Daewoo Matiz wing mirror?

The old glass is cracked and the replacement glass in a plastic frame has to lock into place, but how do I remove the old glass?|||Save yourself the hassle and buy a stick on type for about a fiver. They stick onto the existing broken mirror.
