How do you adjust the drivers seat of a daewoo Lanos 02 Plate?

I need to adjust the seat of the above car. I need the seat to go down but the manual says that theirs too wheels you turn one to go up and one to go down. I cant find them and my head is hitting the roof. I really need help. It nust have it eH ?|||didnt i just tell you junk it or sell it .|||idk
