I live in Spain and own a Daewoo Leganza. Can I put normal water in the radiator?

I'm driving to Andorra tomorrow where it is -22 degrees - antifreeze in the radiator a must?!|||You need about 75% antifreeze and 25% normal water to cope with - 22

However the predicted low for Andorra for the next few days is -13C so a 50 % mix will do fine.|||-22潞C would be some record for Andorra

I drove back last night, it only reached -13潞C

Like someone said, about conforming to the ITV, or you can simply get a Winter Service

But remember to take take your snow chains - even if you have winter tiers on, there was 1 meter of snow on Sunday Night in Arinsal-Pal =)

Great skiing though|||Always use radiator fluid. And not just any fluid, go buy the premium stuff. If the engine overheats it will pretty much destroy the inside and require a new engine. So if you want to spend thousands for a new motor and mechanics labor, go ahead and use water.|||You can only use regular water as a temporary fix.

Anti-freeze is a must in vehicles because it won't freeze (water freezes, especially at -22) and it has anti-rust inhibitors that keep engine parts from rusting.|||Yes, you must put antifreeze in it, otherwise you'll regret it one day.|||To conform with the ITV (MOT) you must have the correct mixture af water and antifreeze in the radiator. Ask your local garage.

PS I live in Spain too|||If you can't put normal water in it what other type of water can you put in it, as all cars do take normal water
