Where is the neutral safety switch on a 99 daewoo lanos sx?

The Car will not come out of park when started. I have no air, the blower will not work. my fuses are good. my windshield wipers will not work, but only when the car is FULLY turned on.. it only happens when the key is fully turned and the car starts.|||The nuetral saftey switch has nothing to do with that. It allows you to only start your vehicle in nuetral or in park
