The belt itself is not expensive, but you may as well replace the tensioners and pullies at the same time and the water pump too. Your car has an "interference" motor, which means if the cam shafts stop, the pistons will hit the valves...
To summarize, a broken timing belt is a broken motor.
Daewoo went out of business in the US, and is no longer a car company, so you are on your own. Parts stores carry hardly any parts for it. Get parts over the Internet. Other than that, it is a great car.
In fact they still use that 1.6 liter engine in the new Chevy Aveo.
