How to replace a blower motor resistor on Daewoo Lanos 2000?

It is a Daewoo Lanos 2000, the blower motor jus stop working.|||Have you checked the fuse? if not that then it could be the relay pack, which is normally in side the motor. but what ever the out come after checking the fuse it will be a big job to get to the blower motor, as normally you need to take out the dash Bord!|||the reason the blower part of the motor stopped working is because it's a daewoo!
